The Estafette was introduced in 1959 as the R-2130This was the first series produced front wheel drive in Renaults history Starting with the Dauphine Ventoux engine this was up rated in 1961 as the R2132 using the Sierra engine.
This excellent Estafette camper belongs to or club member Richard Parminter The Netherlands estafette club is organising an event to celebrate 50 years of the estafette in September 2009 There are about 50 dutch estafettes and some from belgium, france, Switserland and maybe austria and finland. Maybe British Renault estafette enthusiasts would like to come to this meeting in the south of Holland near Maastricht.
