n 1964 the Eight Gordini 1100 was introduced. This was fitted with the 1108cc engine. The car was distinctive in that two white stripes ran full car length over the boot, roof and bonnet.  Two versions: the road and competition.

In 1966 the Eight Gordini 1300 was introduced. This was fitted with a 1255cc engine, a development of the 1108cc unit and a five speed gearbox developed from the four speed with a top speed of 110mph. The car featured four headlamps.
